Educational training

Hsu Kuang provides educational trainings to acquire wisdom and enlarge the visions for employees with the purpose to satisfy the expectation of enhancement and future exploration. The excellent and extraordinary value contribution of the employees together with the incentives, the personnel can develop their own potentials.

Training items:

1. Educational training for the new employees

Courses related to the process standards for all the operations of the company, environment and safety as well as guidance of the organization and colleagues are based on “New employee Educational training procedure sheet” so that the new employees can be equipped with the needed knowledge and skills.

2. On-the-job training

Internal and external educational trainings of the skills and professionalism by each sector’s requirements are provided.

3. General training

In accordance with the government regulations, safety and sanitation trainings are implemented in line with the policies of the company. Overall general trainings or courses for different levels are being carried out.

4. Self-development training

There are a library and a reading room at the company as to encourage employees to read and enrich themselves. Educational training subsidies are provided to the staff as to encourage them to continue learning after the work.

5. Professional training

Based on the needs of job positions, external trainings are arranged and assisted with professional licenses and certificates to employees.
